HEATS
HEATS are 12-minute, high-impact workout blocks designed to target specific areas of the body, offering a time-efficient and focused fitness experience. Each session helps you build strength, tone your body and improve overall energy levels while fostering confidence and a positive mindset.
Each HEAT Zone targets a specific area or fitness goal, providing a balanced approach to your workouts and allowing you to build a body that works, looks and feels how you want it to.
In each HEAT workout you choose 3 Zones from the following options:
